Field	Type	Description
Name	System.String	Name of this message
Description	System.String	Description of what the message is to be used for.
CallerID	System.String	The 10-Digit caller-id sent with the message (must be in the format 1234567890)
UseTTS	System.Boolean	Auto generates the message content using text-to-speech at the time the message is created.
Content	System.String	Content of the message
